Why we built it.
Every MP's office is managing hundreds of emails a month. Urgent queries, policy concerns, mass campaigns from pressure groups, all arriving through systems never designed for the volume. Most offices cope on the strength of their staff alone. The tools have never been good enough.
RepresentOS exists because three people who lived that problem decided to do something about it. Not a tech company that spotted a market. People who sat in those offices, managed those inboxes, and knew exactly what was missing.

Antony Higginbotham
Antony served as Member of Parliament for Burnley from 2019 to 2024.
During that time he experienced first-hand the pressure that constituent correspondence puts on a parliamentary office. Every morning began with hours of manual case creation. Every policy query required staff time that could have been spent on work that actually mattered.
After leaving Parliament, Antony decided to build the system he wished he'd had. Not a generic CRM adapted for political offices, but something designed from the ground up around how an MP's office actually works.
